1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between okbije ("we", "us", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the User", "the Player") who accesses, registers on, or uses any product or service available at okbije.net ("the Platform", "the Site"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of okbije, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

okbije provides online sports betting (including cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports), live casino games, slots, and related entertainment services to eligible players in the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via locally supported payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and participating bank transfers.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the okbije platform and close your account. Continued use of the Site constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms and any subsequent amendments thereto.

2 Eligibility

Use of the okbije platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout the period of account use:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. okbije enforces a strict 18+ policy. Age verification is conducted as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process prior to first withdrawal. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
• Residency: You must be a resident of or physically present in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of okbije complies with the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Persons who are legally incapacitated or under guardianship orders may not register an account.
• Single account: You are permitted to hold only one (1) active account on okbije. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to any active voluntary or imposed self-exclusion from gambling services. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion restriction is a serious violation of these Terms.

3 Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of okbije services, you must register a personal account. Registration requires the submission of accurate, complete, and current personal information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and email address. okbije reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any stage to verify the information provided.

3.1 KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal, okbije will conduct a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedure. You will be required to provide:

• A government-issued photographic identity document (e.g., Bangladesh National Identity Card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of your registered mobile number or email address, as applicable.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., mobile banking account statement confirming your name and number).

Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe requested by okbije may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is complete. okbije reserves the right to extend verification requirements at any time in accordance with applicable compliance obligations.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. okbije strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available free of charge within your account security settings. You must notify okbije immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. okbije will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

3.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. okbije reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where it reasonably believes the information provided is false, incomplete, or has been altered with intent to deceive. Any funds held in such an account may be withheld pending investigation.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the okbije platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). okbije does not charge currency conversion fees. The following general terms apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper limit on deposits, though large transactions may trigger enhanced due diligence procedures.
• Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank. Available methods may change from time to time; the current list is displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Deposits are credited to your okbije account balance following confirmation of receipt. Processing times vary by payment method; mobile banking transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited within minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day.
• You must only deposit funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and will be returned to the source where technically possible, less any applicable transaction fees.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used for deposits on the same account, and only to accounts registered in your own name.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days under normal circumstances. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.
• okbije reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal request, including but not limited to source-of-funds evidence for large withdrawals.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled before a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings can be processed. Withdrawing while a wagering requirement is active may result in forfeiture of the associated bonus and any winnings attributed to it.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

4.3 Errors & Reversals

In the event that a transaction is credited to your account in error — whether due to a technical fault, human error, or a third-party payment processing error — okbije reserves the right to reverse or adjust the erroneous credit at any time. You are obligated to notify okbije immediately upon becoming aware of any such error and must not utilise funds that you reasonably know were credited in error. Use of erroneously credited funds may result in account suspension and recovery action.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

okbije may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and these general Terms, the bonus-specific term shall prevail in respect of that bonus only.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable bonus terms, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. This means that the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the bonus-specific terms at the time of the offer.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

okbije operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a new-player bonus more than once; using automated betting strategies designed solely to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal financial risk ("low-risk hedging"); and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics. Where okbije reasonably identifies bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void the bonus, void all associated winnings, and suspend or permanently close the account.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, household, device, IP address, or payment method unless the bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value unless the bonus has been fully converted through satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• okbije reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to fair treatment of existing wagering obligations.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on okbije are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport and market type. Casino games are governed by the rules of the individual game and, where applicable, the rules of the relevant game provider (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming). In all cases the following general rules apply:

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet acceptance. Odds are subject to change prior to acceptance. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, the quoted odds are locked.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to a short processing delay to prevent exploitation of real-time information advantages. okbije reserves the right to void any in-play bet where there is reasonable evidence of such exploitation.
• okbije reserves the right to impose bet limits — minimum and maximum stake levels — on any market, game, or account at any time. Bet limits may be applied globally or on an account-specific basis without prior notice.
• In the event of a technical failure during a bet or gaming session — including disconnection, server error, or game malfunction — the outcome will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's rules. Where no provider rules apply, okbije's decision shall be final.
• Obvious pricing errors (commonly referred to as "palpable errors" or "palps") will be voided by okbije regardless of whether bets were placed and accepted before the error was identified. This applies to cricket, football, casino game odds, and all other markets on the platform.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbije platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age, or allowing any person under 18 to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with casino games, or otherwise interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to exploit errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software or payment systems.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financially criminal activity through the platform.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including poker, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Abusing, harassing, or threatening okbije staff or other users via any communication channel.
• Circumventing any responsible gaming tool, self-exclusion measure, or account restriction imposed by okbije or requested by you.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or otherwise using the platform to facilitate financial crime of any nature.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

okbije collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at okbije.net/privacy-policy. By using the okbije platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data is collected for the purposes of account management, identity verification (KYC), payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming.

9 Responsible Gaming

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the okbije platform — including but not limited to the okbije brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of okbije or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the okbije platform without the prior written consent of okbije. Any unauthorised use of okbije's intellectual property may result in legal action.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, okbije, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or platform downtime.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information published on the platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access was facilitated by your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit okbije's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbije makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from harmful components.

12 Termination & Account Closure

okbije reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably determines that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account poses a fraud, money laundering, or regulatory compliance risk.
• Continuation of the account relationship would expose okbije to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC verification.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any outstanding wagering requirements, pending KYC verification, or fraud review. okbije reserves the right to withhold funds during any active investigation.

13 Amendments to These Terms

okbije reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. The updated Terms will specify the effective date of the changes.

Your continued use of the okbije platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
